Hi!! My name is Vico, I’m 28. I go by she/he.
I went to an arts high school (where I did painting, drawing, drafting, sculpture, and engraving), then I jumped into fashion design for a bit. Later, I studied graphic design and flexography—I’ve got degrees in both! After that, I started a degree in animation, and I’m actually just three classes away from graduating. I also tried nursing and made it to the final year, but it wasn't a great experience and I had to drop it for the sake of my mental health.Right now, I’m training to be a professional tattoo artist. I already passed my biosafety exam and just have the practical part left (machine work and design).I’m a mom of two little ones, and along with my husband and his son, we have our own happy little family. I’m a huge fan of horror and puzzle games, and I love watching true crime/slasher shows, though I can’t bring myself to draw extreme gore XD.I love drawing and spending my time creating characters and stories. I’ve been a digital artist for 10 years, but lately, I’ve been really focused on leveling up my skills. I’m open for commissions and always down for project proposals from companies!

Terms of Service (TOS) for Art Commissions
1. 💰 Payment & Process
1.1 Full Payment Upfront: All payments must be received in full before any work is scheduled or started. The commission will not begin until the payment is confirmed.
1.2 Currency: All prices and transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD).
1.3 Non-Refundable: All payments are final and non-refundable once the sketching phase has been completed and approved by the client. If the commission is cancelled by the artist due to personal circumstances, a full refund will be issued.2. ✏️ Revisions & Communication
2.1 Sketch Approval: An initial sketch will be provided for your review. This is the stage for requesting major changes to the pose or composition.
2.2 Included Revisions: You are entitled to two (2) free rounds of minor revisions (e.g., color tweaks, small character marks, minor expression changes) after the sketch has been approved.
2.3 Extra Revision Fees: Any additional revisions beyond the free rounds, or any major changes requested after the linework or coloring is complete, will incur an extra fee $10 - $20 USD per change, depending on complexity.
2.4 Turnaround Time: Estimated delivery times are generally 1 to 3 weeks. If a significant delay occurs, the client will be notified immediately.3. 🖼️ Copyright and Usage Rights
3.1 Artist Retains Copyright: The artist retains all copyrights to the final commissioned artwork.
3.2 Personal Use Only (Default): The base price is for personal and non-commercial use only. This includes use as profile pictures, headers, wallpapers, and non-monetized streaming assets.
3.3 Commercial Use: If the artwork is intended for commercial use (e.g., selling merchandise, advertising, or any activity that generates profit), the client must select the "Commercial Use" option on the order form. This will result in a Commercial Fee/Markup, a 100% surcharge on the base price.
3.4 Credit: The client must provide credit to the artist (your chosen artist name/VGen link) when posting the artwork online.4. 🚫 Restrictions (What I Will Not Draw)
4.1 Content Limits:
I do not accept commissions for: Extreme Gore, Hate Speech/Discriminatory Themes, or exact copies of other artists' styles/copyrighted characters.5. 📢 Portfolio and Privacy
5.1 Artist’s Right to Display: The artist reserves the right to use the commissioned artwork (often watermarked or in lower resolution) for portfolio display, self-promotion, and social media showcase.
5.2 Private Commission Fee: If the client requires the artwork to be kept completely private and not posted publicly by the artist, a Privacy Fee 25% extra must be paid.

1. 💰 Pago y Proceso
1.1 Pago Total por Adelantado: Todos los pagos deben recibirse en su totalidad antes de programar o comenzar cualquier trabajo. La comisión no empezará hasta que el pago sea confirmado.
1.2 Moneda: Todos los precios y transacciones se realizan en Dólares Estadounidenses (USD), para Argentina se aceptan pesos ARG por cualquier billetera virtual como mercado pago, prex, úala, etc.
1.3 No Reembolsable: Todos los pagos son definitivos y no reembolsables una vez que la fase de boceto (sketch) ha sido completada y aprobada por el cliente. Si la comisión es cancelada por el artista debido a circunstancias personales, se emitirá un reembolso total.2. ✏️ Revisiones y Comunicación
2.1 Aprobación del Boceto: Se proporcionará un boceto inicial para su revisión. Esta es la etapa para solicitar cambios importantes en la pose o composición.
2.2 Revisiones Incluidas: Tienes derecho a dos (2) rondas gratuitas de revisiones menores (ej: ajustes de color, pequeñas marcas del personaje, cambios leves de expresión) después de que el boceto haya sido aprobado.
2.3 Tarifas por Revisiones Extras: Cualquier revisión adicional después de las rondas gratuitas, o cualquier cambio importante solicitado después de que el lineart o el color estén terminados, tendrá un costo adicional de $10 - $20 USD (2 mil - 5 mil pesos ARG) por cambio, dependiendo de la complejidad.
2.4 Tiempo de Entrega: Los tiempos de entrega estimados son generalmente de 1 a 3 semanas Si ocurre un retraso significativo, se notificará al cliente de inmediato.3. 🖼️ Derechos de Autor y Uso
3.1 Propiedad del Artista: El artista conserva todos los derechos de autor sobre la obra de arte final.
3.2 Solo Uso Personal (Por defecto): El precio base es únicamente para uso personal y no comercial. Esto incluye el uso como fotos de perfil, encabezados, fondos de pantalla y activos de streaming no monetizados.
3.3 Uso Comercial: Si la obra de arte está destinada a uso comercial (ej: venta de mercancía, publicidad o cualquier actividad que genere ganancias), el cliente debe seleccionar la opción de "Uso Comercial" en el formulario. Esto resultará en un cargo adicional de 100% extra sobre el precio base.
3.4 Crédito: El cliente debe dar crédito al artista (mencionando mi nombre de usuario o el enlace de VGen) cuando publique la obra en línea.4. 🚫 Restricciones (Lo que NO dibujo)
4.1 Límites de Contenido: No acepto comisiones de contenido NSFW/Explícito, Gore Extremo, temas de odio o discriminatorios, o copias exactas del estilo de otros artistas.5. 📢 Portafolio y Privacidad
5.1 Derecho de Exhibición del Artista: El artista se reserva el derecho de usar la obra (a menudo con marca de agua) para exhibición en portafolio, autopromoción y redes sociales.
5.2 Tarifa de Comisión Privada: Si el cliente requiere que la obra se mantenga completamente privada y no sea publicada por el artista, se debe pagar una Tarifa de Privacidad de 25% adicional.
